- comments: observed handsink in prep area soap dispenser in disrepair. No soap during the time of inspection. Instructed to provide accessible hand soap for proper handwashing and maintain while open and operating. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-030 (c). No citation

- comments: observed womens toilet room on 2nd floor near libray hadnsinks without hot water. Noted temperature ranging between 58f-64f. Instructed to provide hot water as required @ at least 100f and maintain. Priority violation. #7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on the premise during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 17 small rodent droppings behind refrigeration unit in teachers lounge, 12 droppings scattered on floor under heavy equipment in dish room, and 7 on floor in snack storage room attached to prep area. Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitize said areas. Recommended to contact pest control for service. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.

- comments: observed 2 microwaves in the cafeteria with excessive dried food debris on interior and exterior surfaces. Instructed to clean and maintain equipment including table where stored.

- comments: observed trash on the ground surrounding the outside receptacle area. Instructed to remove and maintain said area.
