I had a #1 with cheese, mayo, lettuce, and pickles with fries and onion rings with a side of gravy. I woke up in the middle of the night with the most excruciating pain in my abdomen. It was so painful my brother thought was he was going to have to call an ambulance. I had explosive diarrhea and vomited for a good 12 hours. It is day two and i still have diarrhea, just not as often or as intense and can not walk due to the pain in my gut. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
