- comments: found food handlers multi-tasking, handling hot/cold tcs foods, taking payments, changing gloves and not washing hands. Instructed manager to wash hands and have food handlers wash hands when multi-tasking and before putting on gloves. Priority 7-38-010 violation citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found the only hand washing sink not accessible. A strainer of onions was sitting inside of it. Instructed manager to remove and use sink for hand washing only. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) violation citation issued
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: found male food handler not wearing a hair restraint. Instructed manager to have all food handlers wear a hair restraint. Maintain same.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: found the hand washing sink in the prep area in need of recaulking. Instructed manager to recaulk around sink.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found the 3-compartment sink leaking from the base of the right faucet and underneath at the pipes. Instructed manager to fix and maintain leaks.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: found mops not properly stored when not in use. Instructed manager to store mops hanging up for proper air drying when not in use. Maintain same.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: found food handlers on site with no proof that they met the food handlers requirements. Instructed manager to have all food handlers meet the requirements and provide proof.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: found the previous core violations from report #2365807 dated 03/16/2020 not corrected and/or maintained. Instructed manager to correct and maintain: #49-4-601. 11(c): (c) nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Must clean the exterior of all cooking equipment to remove grease. Must clean all prep stations,prep table, counter tops, employee lunch table and inside all coolers and freezer to remove spills,debris and/or grease. #55-6-501. 13: **c** cleaning floors, dustless methods floors need detail cleaning between and behind cooking equipment, and through out dish washing and other prep areas to remove debris,spills and grease. #55-6-201. 17: **c** walls and ceilings, attachments observed water stained ceiling tiles and dirty vent cover. Must replace and/or clean where needed. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
