- comments: observed food boxes and boxes of eggs on the floor in the dairy cooler. Instructed to elevate all items at least 6 inches off the floor.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed handles of scoops in the lower level coffee bar area to be stored in contact with the frozen fruits in its containers. Instructed to store scoops to minimize contact with content of storage containers.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed the interior of the 2 door reach in cooler in the pizza prep area to be heavily soiled with liquid spillage on the bottom shelf. Instructed to clean and maintain cooler shelves free from spillage.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed faucet at hand sink in sandwich preparation area to be loose, but still functional. Instructed to service facuet and maintain in good repair.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the all gender restroom located at front directly across from registers to not have a self closing door. Instructed to provide self closing bathroon door.
