- comments: observed a case of chicken thawing at room temperature in the rear food prep area. Management instructed to properly thaw all tcs foods.

- comments: replace the torn door gaskets for both doors of the salad display cooler located under the front counter.

- comments: clean the grease on the floor between the wall and ice machine in the corner of the dish washing area.

- comments: observed an ashtray filled with cigarette butts on the desk in the office. Management instructed that no smoking is allowed inside of the establishment and no ashtrays can be stored where smoking is prohibited. Chicago clean indoor air ordinance of 2008. 7-32-020(c). Citation issued.
