- comments: instructed to rodent proof bottom of rear exit door.

- comments: observed (2) handsink in prep area clogged, completely filled with waste water. Instructed to fix. (corrected during inspection - (2) handsink has been fixed, waste water has been drained at the end of the inspection). Priority violation 7-38-030 (c)
