- comments: observed the toilet room door in the rear of the food prep area, not self closing. Instructed to provide a self closing device on mentioned door and maintain.

- comments: observed floors surrounding cold holding units, prep tables, and under cooking equipment in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violation from report 2619842, date:06/27/2025, not corrected at the time of the inspection. 35: observed improper thawing methods observed for pork at the time of this inspection (06/04/2026). Pork was found in container in still water in three compartment sink instructed to use proper thawing methods such as storing frozen food item in refrigerator over night the day before food item has to be prepared. 49: observed the shelves under the food prep tables in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain all mentioned surfaces. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090, citation issued
