My mom and I had the steak bowl. Toppings included lettuce, salsa, sour cream, hot sauce and cheese. After eating it my mom said she felt a little weird but it passed. Then later that night she kept having to go to the bathroom and is currently covered in blankets. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
