- comments: observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on shelving units and floor along walss in lower level dry storage/furnace room, 50 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in lower level laundry room, 30 mice droppings scattered on shelves in food and utensil storage cabinets in lower level kitchen, 20 mice droppings scattered inside cabinets under 2-compartment sink in lower level lounge, 20 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in first floor furnace room. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: observed leaking faucet on 3-compartment sink and loose faucet on hand washing sink in unisex children washroom. Instructed manager to repair.
