- comments: 3-701. 11 observed significant amount of food adulterated: corn starch, sugar, flour, and meats contaminated with pest feces. Observed mouse droppings in said food items. Also observed gnawing of packaged food. All affected food should be discarded through a waste management company, and proof of the amount discarded must be shared with cdph. The approximate amount of affected food is about 100 tons. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 111 found pest infestation. Observed approx 800 mouse droppings and 100 rat droppings throughout facility. Observed 5 live mice on site. Observed mouse droppings located in frozen meat, flour, corn starch, and palettes of food items. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean, sanitize and maintain said area. Must discard all contaminated food items. Priority violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 111 observed approximately 10 large flies on site. Instructed manager to eliminate fly activity. Must contact pest control. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a).
