- comments: 6-301. 14 observed at grill/sushi station and rear soda station exposed handwashing sinks with no signage. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: 3-305. 11food containers stored on floor in walk-in cooler and freezers. Must provide proper, raised shelving to store food containers 6' off floor

- comments: 4-101. 17 observed raw wooden barrier at the sushi prep area. Instructed to seal all raw wood and make surface smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: 4-602. 13 observed interior and exterior, surfaces of all cold holding units, underneath cabinets of hot/cold holding buffet tables, storage cabinets and shelvings in the prep/serving areas with food derbis. Instructed to clean and maintain all said equipment.

- comments: 2-102. 13 observed expired food handler certificates on site. Instructed to provide current food hanlder certificates for each food employee.
