Went to the Zaxbys on West Gate City in Greensboro on Wednesday and I ordered lemon pepper wings plain tenders fries and toast to go. Got them home and ate all of the lemon pepper wings and knew that the after taste and just the taste in general was off!! Less than 24hrs I have been very sick, vomiting can’t keep nothing down not even liquids, diarrhea, fever, chills and all of what comes with food poisoning! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
