- comments: observed no clean up supplies on the premises to respond to a vomit or diarrheal event. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: no hand soap was provided in the employee washroom and at the exposed hand washing sink in the rear food prep area. Management instructed to provide hand soap at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: no paper towels were provided in the employee washroom. Management instructed to provide paper towels at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). See violation #10 above for citation.

- comments: observed no metal stem probe thermometer on the premises to take hot and cold food temperatures. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed dead insects on the floor underneath the 3 compartment sink and on the ledge next to the mop sink. Management instructed to remove all dead insects from the premises.

- comments: clean the grease and food debris on the interior of the deep fryer, grill and interior of the prep coolers.

- comments: repair the leak under the drain line to the hand washing sink in the employee washroom.

- comments: no covered waste receptacle was provided in the employee washroom. Management instructed to provide.

- comments: clean the walls of the rear food prep areas.
