My partner and I are currently in a suite in the Hilton in Sal, Cape Verde, both of us have suspected food poisoning, horrible stomach cramps and sickness/diarrhoea. Our guess is the ice cubes in the drinks, we haven't eaten/drank outside the hotel.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Our family has checked in 11/29 and both my wife and I started experiencing nausea, severe vomiting and diarrhea evening of 12/1 which has lasted several days.
