I ordered a chicken caseor salad. the only thing I ate all day. Three hours later I had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I called the store, they never asked my name or phone or said they were sorry and would look into it. I spoke with Manager who was very rude.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I have come down here to work. I got here then the next day I just couldn’t stop being sick. My body felt frail and my muscles felt weak. I lost 2 days pay from eating this chicken. I hope it doesn’t happen to others  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate this last night and woke up out my sleep vomiting red. All day today i have been constant vomiting. This has now affected me, i have to miss work until better. this is not okay.
