Pizza with pepperoni Ordered a pizza for myself, so only I got sick. I ate the pizza around 8pm. At around 1am, I woke up with stomach, feeling nauseous, and ended up vomiting multiple times.

My stomach woke me up this morning rumbling I had diarrhea.
