Ordered chicken wings and a pizza. About 4 hours after eating I became violently ill. My partner became moderately ill. I had to be hospitalized after 20 hours of non stop vomiting. Well i ordered the food through doordash it was around 10 pm, i was fine before. but after i ate it hours later like around 530 in the morning is when i would go pee and poop would just come out without me having to push. it kept doing it and i still have that issue as well  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
