Had Wendy's last night, at 10:00 I got a severe stomachache, was vomiting. Went Emergency room at night and stayed there till 3:00 am. The pain didn't go away came back to the emergency room the next day at 3:00  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps

I got a whopper meal and about 1/3rd of the way through the burger I started to get nauseous. For the next 16+ hours I had unimaginable pain from cramping and vomited every 30-45min. Visited this restaurant at 3:36 PM ordered a double bacon, burger, lettuce, tomato, large fry and a Coke by 9 PM. I had massive cramps and diarrhea that lasted for four hours.

Uncontrollable diarrhea, stomach cramps, vomiting. Visited around 630pm 3/13/26. Ordered for my son and I. My husband and two other kids ordered from somewhere else...
