Ordered butterfly chicken for dinner, woke up at around 3am the next morning with extreme nausea and stomach pains. Began vomiting and diarrhoea at around 4 am, still vomiting currently at 9:30 am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ordered a pepperoni pizza last night and ate around 10:45pm. Symptoms began around 2pm with terrible stomach ache. Then other symptoms followed. Had to take the day off work today  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
