Wife had chicken wrap and son at chicken sandwich meal at lunchtime. Both woke up in middle of night vomiting - wife also had diarrhea. We ate dinner together last night and I am not sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate at around 12pm something yesterday on the 22nd of December 2017 for a buffet. When I got there the pizza was old & hard...... so the employees did bring some new pizza out.... so I got home tonight & I vomit everything up, now Im not feeling to well haven't feel like this in a while  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the chili on top of my hash browns been going on 36hrs of severe stomach abdominal pains and liquid butt, every 20minutes, after 24hrs figured I'd be fine woke up this am, expelled from my rear and then had to vomit my dinner from last night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a 12 ct nugget meal with a diet coke. My stomach started to cramp up an hour after i ate and 5 hours later i threw up a lot of the fries that i had eaten. After that I took medicine and slept for awhile.… See more

I had the shrimp and grits plate at this restaurant last week. My husband had the fried flounder and sweet potato fries and collards. Around 4:00 A.M., we were both throwing up and had diarheaa all day long. It's strange that we did not have the same dish but both of us got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
