I had the kickin chicken sandwich meal and later, about 6 hours later, my stomach felt tensed. As I kept going through the night, stomach, issues, nausea, and vomiting took place.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I had a free sandwich meal so I got the chicken salad. An hour after eating it my stomach was upset and later on that night I was vomiting pieces of the chicken salad. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day after going to Zaxby's so I know for sure it was the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
