I bought this that seemed extra tender at around 2pm yesterday and by 6pm I felt intensely sick and was vomiting by 10:30 pm, my head was very numb and I could barely walk.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Numbness

I've had ongoing health issues since regularly eating at the venue. I haven't been there in over a month and I'm still violently ill., The food I've had gastrointestinal distress, had to go to the toilet almost 10 times a day since I've been having the issues. Also experienced rectal bleeding  | Symptoms: Gas, Diarrhea

Chicken taco, I woke up next day, vomited violently then fever and nausea, sweating... those symptoms subsided ecxept it's 6 days later and still unable to process solid food, weakened and bedridden. Still waiting for doctor to get test results of whatever it is.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Sweating
