I bought a 24 pack of chicken mc nuggets , I asked that they were cooked fresh , but upon eating them some were just about cold in the middle , approximately 5 and a half hours later I was feeling nausious and got stomach pains, followed by diahhrea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

1.5 hrs after eating takeaway from here, suddenly experienced the worst stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Had to rush to the toilet and spent 30mins in there, still have stomach pains afterwards.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I had fried rice dish (medium chill) - shortly following I had a sore stomach that turned into diarrhea. That leaded into chills, fever and extreme discomfort along with body aches and pains.
