On the 11/10/2016 Tuesday Between 11:00-11:15am , I went through KFC drive through in Inala. I ordered a regular ultimate box with all general items and chose one original piece, Pepsi max for drink and changed potato gravy to just gravy and also order a dinner roll… See more

I ate a large big mac meal at Hamilton vic. Sick for 3 days and still sick now. I wasn't able to eat properly for days. The restaurant was also filthy and staff hygine was questionable at best. I wish I just walked out and not eaten there. I still may have to see a doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I bought a grilled chicken salad at 1am on Sat the 17th of Sep and within an hour I had severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea and nausea.
I did not see a doctor as I am a doctor and I bought the meal while working night shift in the local hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had salmon and avacadi nigiri and my partner didn't eat sushi at all. In the middle of the night I started vomiting and it lasted for 24 hours and I was severely dehydrated. I couldn't keep down water or bread.
My partner was fine so it was definitely the sushi  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
