Had Beagel Belt with sausage. also had large hot chocolate. I've never had anything be a better laxitive in my life. Immediately had diarrhea an hour after as well as sever stomach pains and diarrhea all through the night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Got my pizza around 530pm had dinner and went to bed around 7pm woke around 3am with violent diarrhea, and around 730am the nausea and vomiting started happening but once my stomach was empty it turned into painful dry heaving.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
