Ate ribs from this restaurant and started feeling sick on the way home. Later that night I had explosive diarrhea and projectile vomiting. Was not able to eat or drink water for three days. Never eating there again!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Junior mcchicken and fries  I ate fries and junior mchicken.had a few fries and one bite of the junior mcchiken. within 5 minutes i was nauseas throwing up and had diareah with really bad stomach pain   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
