Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Headache, other: Virtigo
Suspected source: Caesar salad
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: Had caesar for supper took left overs home & ate them about 6 hrs. later started feeling Vertigo about 2-21/2 hrs. later.

picked up a hot & ready pepperoni & cheese, started with cramping & rancid smelling gas & progressed to several bouts of diahriaha, guts feel swollen & ache. never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Other, Cramps, Swelling

I had there earlier today now I’ve beeen puking And sweats as I woke up In the middle of the night only thing I ate was white spot I ate a double double and fry’s as well as a root beer I’ve had before many times but tonight probably never again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
