Ate shrimp alfredo with two sides of garlic shrimp and two paralyzer beverages around 8 pm. By 3 am was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea without any warning, still experiencing symptoms at 11am the same day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

My boyfriend and I ordered food for a quick supper and I got sick immediately after maybe two bites. He finished mine and his and started feeling sick to his stomach with a headache, them he ran to the bathroom and well... Let the gory sounds tell me a story while I waited for my turn on the throne.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
