Had double teen with root beer and sweet potato fries and a double stacker, I’ve been violently ill all night and most of the day. I only ate that and coffee and a couple soda pops. So was definitely the A&W. hope that this is an isolated incident, please be vigilant!  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

within a few hours of eating basil box both my mother and I experienced vomiting nausea diarrhea and fever as well as chills. while these are also symptoms of gastro, gastro taste a little bit longer to kick in than food poisoning does. someone working there may… See more
