I ordered loaded nachos and the taco kit. I ate the loaded nachos last night and had the taco kit today for lunch. I had diarrhea for some parts of the day and got very sick and threw up. I had this months ago and threw up shortly after  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
