Only 1 sick. I started to feel sick within 4 hours. It wasn’t till the next morning when I was having the urge to vomit and have been now for the last 30 minutes. My vomit was all lettuce and I could taste it as it came up.. tasted rotten. The Big Mac burger, the lettuce was clearly bad  | Symptoms: Vomiting
