May 20th, 2024 at a hamburger that was undercooked. Late that evening I began vomiting and cramping which continued, and 4 days later sever diarrhea continues through July. Doctor took stool sample which tested positive for E. COLI and Bacillus Pumilus.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
