Me and my friend are one rice bowl and a bucket chicken by 3 clock..by 5-6 we both had a feel of stomach pain and after that both vomitted and having a stomach pain..and yesterday I have seen a hair in the chicken and I ignored it...I guess something wrong  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had chickem rocking burger or something (,i dont remember the exact name) on 9th of January 2018. Got sick from that day only with vomiting nausea headache diarrhea and epigastric pain .Had to consult a doctor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I ate shawarama nearly more than 30 people got effected with food poison. It took 3-4 days to recover and it's a serious stomach pain , loose motion , vomiting , headache and fever. I want to give a complaint on that shop (i.e BULLARD )  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

recently visited McDonald's on 26/12/2016 with some friends. had MCveggie burger, mc aloo tikki and a coke . after some time my stomach was paining and it didn't feel good at all .so i visited a doctor,which then told me that this was because of food infection  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
