on 22 march 2018 , 11.00pm, ,I bought mee and take a way from S one one shop at Petaling Jaya ss2 branched as my nightmare. After i ate all about one an hours, my stomach started to linger for a whole night. As i know very well know that my poisoned diet comes from above shop.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

on 13/3/18 , around 8pm
I bought a pandan layer cake from the cake shop name "orens cake house temerloh"
when I reach home , I noted the cake is already expired on 11/3/18
this is totally not acceptable
what if old folks / little kid consume… See more

Daughter had take-away of a salted-egg squid. Was vomiting all night afterwards, and still feeling nauseous this morning. My son ate the salted-egg chicken, no problems. So it's the squid.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had dinner with my friend at Warueng Penyet on 6 Feb 2018, 6.24pm. Both of us ordered ayam Penyet dada and plain rice. We ate together with their sambal. Both of us had diarrhea on the next day morning. For me I’ve vomiting and fever in the afternoon and got admitted to hospital the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
