Been in Sayulita a few days, have been here multiple times before. Been mostly surfing, eating at food stands, but careful about water. Bought a fancy juice and drank it this morning and have had nonstop diarrhea all morning. The color of the juice. Bad cramping and runs… eating into my surf time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

My husband and I just returned from a 10 day trip to Mexico. First 5 days was in PV, second 5 days was in Sayulita. We were careful the entire time. Washed our hands, used hand sanitizer when we couldn’t, used bottled water to brush our teeth… See more

We arrived in Sayulita after spending 5 weeks in Punta de Mita. We prepare all meals at the Airbnb and take all precautions with hand washing, using purified water, using microdyne, etc. (and we are vegetarians so it wasn’t from meat or seafood). We had no problems… See more

Just back home from salulita where 6 of our crew all experienced the same: rapid onset of chills, watery diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Symtoms lasted 24-36 hours for all. We ate at different places but all swam in the sea. Who knows the source but definitely not fun!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
