Got sick on 4/10. My husband was sick the next day. We ate at Wai, Faro’s, BBQ pop up at the Heaven pool, and the courtyard food. We also had limes in our drinks.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Second day started feeling like I was dying, passed out in the restroom, I didn’t feel my legs they felt numb (dehydration), the resort didn’t have a doctor at the moment, I had to take a taxi to the hospital who charged me $400 (dollars) for an injection, the hotel didn’t take any responsibility.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration

Both my Girlfriend and I developed pretty severe cases of diarrhea most of the time and she was vomiting uncontrollably for hours the last night. It started second day after we arrived and didn’t subside for the remainder of the trip. We only ate at the buffet.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
