Didn’t eat anywhere other than the hotel and have had the worst stomach pains and diarrhea, I live in Mexico full time and have done for the past 6 months with no problems so it definitely isn’t a case of getting used to the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

On Sunday night after having dinner around 9:00 pm at the hotel, Around 10:30 I became very dizzy and nauseous. After about an hour I had projectile vomiting and was unable to keep anything down for about 24 hours.
