We have been staying 6 days ago at this hotel - Finest Costa Mujeres - and my 17 year old son has been infected with food for 2 days with vomiting, severe diarrhea and high fever. He only ate at the hotel and I still drink water that the hotel offers as “bottled”. A disaster!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

Went with our family to have dinner and ate the enmoladas and woke up so sick I thought I would die. I spent the rest of my vacation recovering. A doctor in Playa had to give me an injection for the vomiting and an antibiotic.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Visit was from March 7-10th and I am still sick now Seems to be food from Grand Fiesta Americana Resort Coral Beach. We only stayed and ate there and drank bottled water. We did eat at the resort sushi place and were given lobster ceviche with our cabana l. We suspect one of these is the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
