2 members of our family were staying at the hotel and got very ill with travelers diarrhea after 3 days. We did not eat anywhere else except the Xcaret park. We also noticed flies and birds getting into the food buffets.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
