Not sure possibly the sushi restaurant  3 people on our trip were sick. It was from sushi restaurant we think. All cramping, sweats, constant diarrhea and positive test for bacterial infections, It happened on June, 10, 2021,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating

We ate sandwiches on Tuesday around 4:45 pm. One was egg white spinach on english muffin and one mozzarella with tomato panini. We both got very violent stomach issues, sharp stabbing pains in mid stomach, gas, achy pains and diarrhea for 4 days now. This is horrible!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Stomach Pain
