after we finished eating, we had to ask not once, but twice, for the check, and then we were straight-up ignored for another 20 minutes.

After we got back to our hotel, things took a nosedive. Around midnight, I started feeling queasy, and guess what? I've been stuck in bed all day dealing with a nasty case of food poisoning. This isn't your run-of-the-mill food poisoning; it's probably the worst I've ever had.

Honestly, I'd strongly recommend giving The Yeti a pass if you're looking for a place to eat. My advice? Steer clear—unless, of course, you're a fan of epic food poisoning sagas.  | Symptoms: Gas

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: Foodhallen Amsterdam chicken tikka wrap, or hotel Jakarta breakfast food including: pain au chocolate, cinnamon swirl ,and bread roll which unfortunately didn't look particularly fresh.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours
