Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Bacon
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Ate Bacon and got diarreah which got better until I ate more Bacon two days after from. The same lot  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

Katsu chicken on rice from here, I was out with my grandmother for lunch me and my brother both ordered katsu chicken mine had sauce on it and his had no sauce 6 hours later i started feeling unwell and vomited at 11pm and Diarrhoea the next day Nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Today, Beef steak I am vegetarian, and perfectly fine.  My daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter has eaten the grass fed beef steak around 6.15pm and they have all started vomiting just after midnight and still vomiting and it’s nearly 2.00am  | Symptoms: Vomiting
