After eating 3 of us got sick after eating late lunch. My husband felt nausea and when we got home he vomited, and his poop is watery, same thing happened to my helper, while must husband is having fever, I felt the same already too  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

After several minutes of eating at Diko's Farm and Grill Restaurant in Sta. Maria Bulacan, I found a fly in their meal. That was after finishing my second plate.

My family ate here. Me and my sister got food poisoned the night after. Luckily, my mom didn't and we are thinking that it is because of the mussels they deserved since she didn't eat that. Our food poisoning got so bad that we have to rush to the middle of the night to the nearest hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
