My husband and I both became ill the morning of 28 Feb after eating at a favourite restaurant. We have come to the conclusion it was the salad as we had different fish. Unfortunately we were flying home that day - a long flight feeling ill and we are both still suffering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

I had a variety box meal. Just after I ate it at around 7pm I started to feel ill. I got cold kills. A bad fever. Then threw up at around 11pm. My stomach has been going all morning and I have a terrible migraine  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine

We purchased some items from the Perigrine farm stall at 09:20 on 31 December 2018. One of the items purchased was a chicken mayo baguette which my partner and I shared. This was the only food we consumed on this day.

2 my daughter and I,my daughter vomited in the storr right after eating,and the symptoms continued at home,my symtoms started at home aswell say 30min after eating the burgers  | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Three family members including myself on the following occasions : 12/09/2018, 25/10/2018, 7/12/2018, 14/12/2018 and 15/12/2018. Symptoms of nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea followed within a few hours of consumption  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
