We were in island through Royal Caribbean marine rod the seas and got sick eating their tacos with steak and chicken . My husband, our five kids, family members and myself got extremely sick upon arrival. We’ve been in the hospital getting checked , and we are doing really bad  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We have eaten meals at several restaurants so it wouldn’t be fair to guess at which one may have been the origin., Only the 2 of us have had the consistent diarrhea and nausea
Restaurants we have been to twice during the past 6 days would be:Wine Down Sip Sip, Harbour’s Edge  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate at startbucks ( coffee and apple puff) and at a beer tape restaurant the marina ( Fish sandwich and 1 beer) I traveled home the same day and have been sick the last 3 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate cod and ceviche from the O Grille and had diarrhea an hour later. I continued to have diarrhea and then vomited later that evening. This began Feb. 14th and I still have the vomiting along with the rotten egg burps and diarrhea two days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
