I ate lunch here yesterday and had the Mahi Mahi tacos. Within hours I had all the symptoms of food poisoning. Today I still have some symptoms but getting better. It was and is awful!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate breakfast buffet. Then ate lunch fish sandwich at 12. Violent vomiting at 3p for 8hrs. And fatigue and general malaise and body aches for 3 days. Also a hand-size rash of hives  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fatigue, Body Ache, Other

My husband ate the shrimp pasta dish and ended up in the ER that night with dehydration from vomiting and diarrhea that resulted.
