I and two friends stopped for lunch on Sunday around 2pm and had 3 different meals - all burgers and fries. 12 hours later we all 3 developed fever, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhoea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Nausea
