2nd occurrence, thought it was a fluke the 1st time. Everyone who had the meatballs with gravy is now ill, persistent vomiting and diarrhoea. Those who didn't have gravy are fine. Took about 12 hours for nausea to kick in, about 24 for the vomiting etc  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We are in the Five Guys in Gunwharf on Saturday 27th of September at around 10pm. My husband began vommitting only an hour later and I have had diarrhea and stomach cramps for the last three days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
