Monday 18th August 2025 I purchased a Oreo McFlurry and woke up early hours of Tuesday 19th August with stomach pain, fever, chills followed by vomiting! It’s now Wednesday 20th August and still have stomach pain, flu like symptoms with vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
