Ate a signature cheeseburger sandwich with my wife on September 2, 2017. I had severe diarrhea and we both had constant vomiting, headaches and dehydration the day after. Fatigue lasted at least three days after eating  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Fatigue

Sep 3rd, I took a bite into a nugget and saw something black. I instantly spit everything out, and ate the fries I had. I didn't even touch the sandwich it came it. The next morning, which was yesterday, I've had excessive diarrhea. Today is Sep 5th and currently day 2 of the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
